BUYING AGENTS FEES

The components of the exclusive property search and acquisition charge are:

1. Professional Fees - Sales in the secondary market

The purchase fee that must be paid at property transfer

1.75% of the buying price plus VAT (Reduced commission from 2% T&C apply)

2. PROFESSIONAL Fees - Sales in Off Plan

0% – No fees are collected.

The professional fees for acquisition only are 1% of the purchase price, depending on the level of service required.

For purchase advice, we charge a professional fee of AED 5.000 plus VAT (Dependant on level of advise required)

The rental fee is 5% plus VAT of the property's rental value.
